Programs
Infants and Toddlers
Our program provides a ratio of one certified care-giver for every four infants (6 weeks to 18 months) and a ratio of one caregiver for every five toddlers (18 months to 36 months.)
Activities are based on sound understandings of child development while taking into account the individual needs and temperament of each child. Children under 3 years old learn through continuously exploring and interacting with their environment.
The children in our care are provided with safe spaces for napping, quiet and active play (indoors and outdoors.) Toys and activities are carefully selected to support individual needs, interests and abilities. For example, materials offered may include blocks, rattles, or musical instruments in order for each child to explore and learn through play. In order to support daily changes in the developmental stages of each child, individualized learning experiences are provided, rather than a “one-size-fits-all” group play.

3 and 4 Year Olds
Our bright, spacious classrooms are arranged utilizing a center based learning approach. Children are provided with opportunities for self-directed play that is planned with intention to promote growth physically, emotionally, socially, and intellectually, in a way that is developmentally appropriate. Our program offers one certified care-giver for every 7 three year olds and one certified care-giver for every 8 four year olds.
Four year olds preparing to enter kindergarten will engage in more structured, teacher led activities. Lessons in literacy, numeration and science exploration will support the understandings required for kindergarten standards.
